CANCELLATION, REFUND, UP AND DOWNGRADE AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

HI-TEC MAGOEBAS 2025

ENTRY CANCELLATION REFUNDS:

This event has a policy relevant to cancellations, refunds, substitutions, upgrades, downgrades. 

It is important to note that most of the expenses incurred in staging this event are committed to in advance. Therefore refunds are only possible well in advance.

Please note that full payment is required on entry to qualify for a refund should you wish to cancel your entry. 

If a runner wishes to cancel their entry, Volhardt Adventures require written confirmation on or before the following dates to info@magoebasultra.com:

60% – before 01 December 2024.

50% – from 02 December 2024 to 01 January 2025.

40% – from 02 January to 01 February.

30% – from 02 February to 27 February.

0% – from 28 February.

No substitutions are allowed 

No deferrals will be accepted. The only exception is if the runner is pregnant and we require a doctor’s letter/medical certificate emailed directly to the organisation. A deferral is valid for 1 year only. Certificates need to reach Volhardt Adventures by 04 March 2025. 

ENTRY AMENDMENTS:

You may downgrade (e.g. 60km to 45km) at any time before 04 March, provided that the respective race is not sold out. No partial refunds for downgrading.

You may upgrade your event e.g. from 45km to 60km at any time before 04 March provided that the respective race is not sold out. You will need to cover the difference in the entry fee on the given date.
