The 60 KM route is quickly becoming the most iconic forest ultra in the country. The incredible beauty of the indigenous forests, pristine streams, waterfalls and the epic views from Schnellskop is second to none.

It is a must-do race that should be on every avid trail runner’s bucket-list.

With long, steep climbs and incredible single track, this route will push you to your limits. You will be rewarded for your hard work with fast, flowing downhills and the most incredible natural beauty of the Woodbush forests.

The Ultra route also features the iconic climb up to Schnellskop, the highest point on the route at 1 882 meters above sea level. This climb was added to bring some variety into the race and also include more “runnable” sections on forestry roads. Also, from the top of Schnellskop you can see all the way to the Soutpansberg.
